(Cincinnati) A man convicted of raping a pre-teen girl will spend twenty years in 

prison. 

56-Year-Old Garry Howard pleaded guilty to two counts of rape Monday morning. 

Howard's prison sentence follows numerous rape and assault charges from 2011 

and 2012 involving a 12-year-old girl he knew.
