( Cincinnati ) A lawsuit filed in Hamilton County Courts shows that Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill owes more than $120,000 in back rent. The suit was filed last week by the owners of the Banks.

The restaurant was the first to commit to the project and sign a lease in 2010 as the first phase of the Banks was being built.
