(Miami Township) Miami Township police are charging a Clermount County man with
an OVI, totaling his drunk driving charges to seven. 

39-year-old Scott Barrick was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Monday.

Miami Township police say the arrest is a felony charge because of Barrick's prior
convictions.

Barrick was previous arrested on six different occasions for OVI. The first conviction
took place in 1991 and his most recent conviction was in 2009. 

Police arrested Barrick on Monassus Run Drive in Miami Township.
