( Hamilton County ) - 38-Year-Old James Napier is already facing nearly two dozen federal child porn charges. Investigators say he was distributing sexual images of an 11-month-old and a 9-year-old on the internet.

On Tuesday, a Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted Napier on 11 counts of rape for committing the sex acts allegedly shown in those pornographic images. Prosecutor Joe Deters says the alleged victims were related to his girlfriends at the time.

Napier remains under federal guard in the Boone County Jail.
