( Cincinnati ) The Cincinnati Police Department's Financial Crimes Unit is investigating a theft offense where in the unidentified suspect, who is described as being a male black in his mid to late tweenties through early thirties, between the dates of March 16th, 2012 and June 22, 2012, made numerous ATM withdrawls and merchant purchases, causing the victim to suffer a sustantial financial loss.

The ATM withdrawls were made in the Queen City area of downtown Cincinnati and the merchant purchases were made at various retail locations in the area of Western Hills and Price Hill.

On several occassions the suspect arrived at the ATM in a tan or gold Impala with a unidentified female black.
