(Cincinnati) There are only five days remaining until the new Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati celebrates its grand opening Monday, March 4th.

The casino opens its doors Wednesday night for 15,000 VIP guests to experience the Horsehoe Casino that will benefit local charities.

The invite-only event will serve as a trial run for the casino's parking and traffic preparation.

For the first two weeks, the city will monitor traffic flow on Gilbert Ave and Reading Rd. Cincinnati police are prepared with cameras, changing message boards, public shuttles to help guide guests heading toward the casino's parking garage.

The 400,000 square feet casino features 2,000 slot machines, 87 table games, a World Series of Poker Room and an Asian Gaming Room.

The Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati is not only a place for entertainment, but also employment opportunities. The dining options are estimated to create about 2,000 jobs. Guests can choose from among five restuarants, a central bar, Starbucks, and a number of independent restuarants.
