(Hamilton) Hamilton police have made a second arrest after a man robbed the Circle K on Pleasant Avenue Monday.
Police say Andrew Noble was arrested a short time later and charged with aggravated robbery. As Hamilton Police Detectives continued the investigation, they also arrested 32-year-old Leonard Noble of Rose Avenue for the robbery.
Andrew allegedly held a knife to the Circle K store clerk while his brother, Leonard, allegedly snatched cigarrettes from behind the counter.
Police say that around 8:40 p.m that same night, Andrew stole two 12-pack cartons of beer.
Leonard Noble is charged with Aggravated Robbery, a 1st degree felony, theft, and has had warrants served on him from the Hamilton Municipal Court.
The two brothers will be taken to the Hamilton Municipal Court for proceedings.
