(Avondale) Cincinnati's Ronald McDonald House became the recipient of a large donation from Dillard's Wednesday.

The Tri-State Dillard stores announced they raised nearly $15,000 to support critically ill children and their families living in the Ronald McDonald House.

Dillard's was able to raise the money from selling Southern Living Christmas Cookbooks during the holiday season.

The Ronald McDonald House provides a comfortable environment for children receiving medical treatment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
