( Madison Township ) 81-year-old Kenneth Lakes died in a single car crash on Wednesday night. At about 9:00pm, Butler County Sheriff's deputies went to the 5200 block of Elk Creek Road and found a car on it's top.

Investitgators say Lakes was driving south on Elk Creek Road and lost control. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is unknown and remains under investigation.
