( Sycamore Township ) Police have released the photo of a man they say duct taped a man to a chair and then stole his car and money at the Drake Motel on January 31.

The victim says the suspect came to his room at about 4:30am and taped him to the chair and stole his blue 2009 Acura RSX car with Ohio license plates FLN-4615. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at (513) 352-3040.
