( Aurora, IN ) - Aurora Police Department responded to a car crash on Friday morning, March 1. The accident was on U.S. 50 East bound just west of the intersection of state Route 350.

32-year-old Keith Peele rear-ended a car that 57-year-old David Snelling was trying to jump start on the side of the road. The car that Snelling was jumping belongs to his wife, Elizabeth Snelling.

Snelling's lower body has sustained several injuries and was transported Dearborn County Hospital. No one else was injured.

Aurora Police Department continues to investigate the crash.
