( Winton Woods ) - A mother of two from Loveland has been taken to jail after a park ranger said he discovered heroin in her car.

During a routine check, the ranger thought the mother, Tessa Dryer, seemed nervous. He then asked to check her car. While checking her car, the ranger allegedly found three needles, two full of heroin, and her two children, ages 9 and 2 months. Apparantly, Dryer had her arm tied off with a rubber band.

Dryer has been charged with possession of drugs and child endangerment. Her bond was set at $7,500 in court on Monday.
