(Cincinnati) A Cincinnati police officer accused of helping two men avoid prosecution on robbery charges is indicted Monday.

Sergeant Jeff Brunswick also allegedly accessed the police data base for his own purposes. He's charged with two counts of obstruction and four counts of unauthorized use of property.

Just two years ago, Brunswick was arrested for punching a fellow officer several times inside a Green Township bar.
