( Cincinnati ) 19-year-old Dierres Lee faces two counts of murder and two counts of assault, all with firearm specifications, in the shooting death of Justin Brown. The LaSalle High School student would have graduated this Spring.
Prosecutor Joe Deters says February 24, Brown and several friends drove to South Fairmount to buy marijuana from Lee and tried to use counterfeit money. Lee fired on the car as Brown and others drove away, hitting Brown in the neck. He later died at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Lee is being held in the Hamilton County Jail and faces up to life in prison if convicted.
