(Cincinnati) Prosecutors in Hamilton County say Cincinnati College Prepatory Academy Superintendent Lisa Hamm and Treasurer Stephanie Millard are both facing 26 counts of theft in office, tampering with records, tampering with evidence and unauthorized use of property. State Auditor Investigators say the two women took trips authorized by the school board that were supposed to be school-related, but were allegedly personal vacations. Hamm's attorney Mike Allen says no crimes have been committed and says CCPA has been unfairly scrutinized by the State Auditor. Allen says the school has been successful and expects to be in court for a pre-trial hearing in the next few weeks.
