(Cincinati )- The fight over privatizing parking in Cincinnati has shifted to federal court.

The city is asking a U-S district judge to lift the temporary restraining issued by a county judge earlier this week, stopping the city from moving forward with the plan to turn over meter enforcement and lot operations to a private company. Its a move that would bring in millions for the city but critics fear it would drive up parking rates and drive visitors to the city away.
