( Hillsboro ) The Ohio State Highway Patrol says George Robertson has been charged with his fourth OVI offense. Robertson, of Leesburg, was stopped on Beech Street at North High Street on March 8.

Robertson is scheduled to appear in Hillsboro Municipal Court on March 15.
