( Cincinnati ) A winter weather advisory has been issued from 8:00am until 7:00pm on Sunday for the Tri-State. The National Weather Service says rain will mix with snow on Sunday all day and then turn to rain on Monday. The rain and snow melt could bring a flooding threat to parts of Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.
