( Lebanon ) Hamza Shalash has been found guilty on nine counts of trafficking in drugs and a single count of engaging in a patter of corrupt activity following a three day trial.

Shalash co-owned a Marathon Gas Station on North Broadway and after Ohio law outlawed certain synthetic drugs, he was warned to stop selling them, but continued from the fall of 2011 until he was arrested in early 2012. Investigators say he was selling synthetic marijuana known as "Spice" and "Bath Salts."

Shalash will be sentenced in six weeks and faces up to more than 40 years in prison.
