( Hamilton ) A Butler County Grand Jury has returned a 'no bill' in the shooting death of Jeremy Scott Irvin on April 13 at the Magazan Urban Ware store. No charges will be filed against Smail Gueddari, the owner of the store and the case is now closed.
On Saturday, police went to the store on 201 Main Street on a report that Irvin had tried to rob the storea and had been shot by Gueddari. Irvin was taken to Fort Hamilton Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
