Every month a group of dedicated baseball fans gather to hear personal stories from some of baseballs stars amid one of the largest collections of rare memorabilia outside the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
Bob Crotty Owner of the The Green Diamond Gallery says the showcase is his lifelong hunt for artifacts from Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jackie Robinson and others.
Resently Club members questioned famed Detroit Tigers pitcher, John Scott "Jack" Morris about narrowly missing the Hall of Fame, slugger and tell-all book writer, Jose Canseco about steroid use and 2011 World Series winning manager Tony La Russa to spill some coaching secrets.
The Green Diamond Gallery has recently added, a Shoeless Joe Jackson bat and pitcher Warren Spahn's Hall of Fame ring.
The gallery also supports a foundation to benefit disadvantaged children.
The gallery is located at: 9366 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242. Phone (513) 984-4192.
