A 19 year-old man has been indicted for causing a crash in Middletown that killed two people in June.
Nicholas Powers is charged with multiple counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle under the influence, abusing harmful intoxicants and failure to stop after an accident.
A Warren County Grand Jury say Powers passed out while driving after he inhaled dusting spray in an effort to get high.
Police say Powers ran a red light in Middletown striking a Grand Am, and killing 69 year-old Glenn Pugh and his wife, 64-year-old Elaine Pugh.
He could face up to 18 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
