UPDATE:
TMZ -- Octomom is in the clear because the Orange County D.A.'s Office has REJECTED all allegations against her by her former nannies ... including an allegation that one of her children was sexually abused ... TMZ has learned.
We're told the D.A. booted the case this morning after concluding there was insufficient evidence to warrant further action.
The D.A. rejected other claims by the nannies, including the one alleging Octo locked her children in a room so she could get some peace and quiet outside.
Earlier, CBS 2 reported that the two nannies who worked for Nadya Suleman claim they witnessed child neglect and sexual abuse in her La Habra home, CBS2 reported Thursday.
The former caregivers, who wish to remain unidentified out of fear Suleman will sue them, said they’ve broken their silence because the abuse escalated.
