(Cairo) -- 19 people are dead after a hot air balloon explosion near the city of Luxor in Egypt.
Officials say the balloon fell about one-thousand feet following the gas explosion.
The victims were mostly tourists from Hong Kong, Japan, Belgium, Great Britain and France.
