Cincinnati Police are looking for Raymond Luke for Firing a Weapon into a Habitation. Luke allegedly threatened the victim with a gun, then went to the back of the house and fired shots into the residence while the victim was inside. Raymond Luke is a black male, 22 years old, 5’11” tall and 180 lbs. Raymond Luke also goes by the nickname of “Vaughn” and was last known to live in Mt Auburn, but detectives believe he may currently be living in Covington, KY.
