Cincinnati Police detectives are looking for Marlo Howard for Passing Bad Checks. Howard is a black male, 27 years old, 5’9” tall and 133 lbs. He was last known to live on 1026 Burton Ave. in Avondale. Howard presented a fraudulent check to the Fifth Third Bank on the account of Cincinnati Metropolitan Section 8 Program.
