WLW alum and West High grad Andy Williams passed away yesterday after a battle with bladder cancer. He was raised in Cheviot and performed with his brothers on WLW beginning at age 14. He became famous in the 60's for his hit "Moon River" which was featured in the Audrey Hepburn film "Breakfast at Tiffany's". He later went on to build the Moon River Theater in Branson, Missouri, where he performed for decades.
