Adam Greenberg's story is an amazing one. He earned his major league debut with the Cubs in 2005. On the first pitch of his first plate appearance he was hit in the head with a 94 mph fastball. Due to post-concussion symptoms he almost never played again. Since he was hit by a pitch, his one plate appearance didn't count as an official at-bat. The Miami Marlins signed him to a one-day contract and yesterday he finally got his first official major league at-bat. Here's what it looked like...
