Tara served time in prison for Escape and Tampering with Prisoner Monitoring Device and Possession of Controlled Substance, but was released and has now disappeared. Tara Arnold is a female white, 25 years old, 5’1”, and 100lbs. She has a tattoo of “lil tt” on right side of her neck, and “pippi” on the back of her neck, and multiple piercing on her tongue, nose, ear and stomach. Tara is believed to be in the Northern Kentucky area. Her criminal record includes Robbery, and several counts of giving false information to Officers.
