Jacklyn Wolfinbarger is a female white, 29 years old, 5’4” tall, and 125lbs. She has several tattoos, an eagle and “Dad” on right calf, a moon, cloud and stars on right foot, Aries/Ram on right shoulder; on her back she has a four inch scar, a butterfly, “Ethan”, and “Nathan”.
