This year marks the 100th anniversary of when vitamins were discovered as a way to help prevent disease. Since Vitamin B1 was discovered all those years ago a lot of additional vitamins have been discovered. It can be confusing trying to figure out which vitamin is good for which part of your body. Elizabeth Somer is a registered dietician who knows everything there is to know about vitamins. She'll help explain how to properly supplement your vitamin intake this morning with Jim.
