Kenneth Scott has been identified as the suspect in a robbery that occurred on September 7th of this year. The victim told police that he was an acquaintance and was in the victim’s apartment when he threatened her and demanded that she give him $800 in cash. Scott overpowered the victim and forced her hands behind her back. The victim gave up the money and fled the location. Kenneth Scott is a black male, 31 years old, 5’9” tall and 170 lbs. He was last known to live on Flannigan Court in Mt Airy, but frequents the downtown area, particularly outside the Federal Building.
