Detectives say that during the month of November, there have been several reports of copper downspouts being stolen in the Kennedy Heights and Pleasant Ridge areas. William Cox Jr. was identified through personal surveillance video, pulling a copper downspout from a victim’s residence. William Cox Jr. is a white male, 33 years old, 5’11”, and 180 lbs. His prior arrests include Escape, Breaking and Entering, and Drug Trafficking. His last known address is on Carthage Avenue in Norwood.
