Jerome Rucker is wanted for Robbery. He allegedly attempted to take his girlfriend’s money and cell phone. After a verbal argument, Rucker became violent and began striking and biting the victim on her body. Then he threatened to kick the victim, who was five months pregnant, in the stomach. Instead, Jerome took the $340 and the victim’s cellphone and fled the scene. Jerome Rucker is a black male, 24 years old, 5’7” tall and 150 lbs. His prior arrest includes Weapons Under Disability, Breaking and Entering, and Falsification. He is last known to live on Milton Court in Avondale.
