Clifford Martin is wanted for Theft and Forgery. He is accused of taking a blank company check from Fox Properties without permission. Mr. Martin then wrote the check out to himself for $1000. He forged Frank Fox’s signature and cashed the check at 5th/3rd bank. Martin was identified as the person who cashed the check by bank security cameras. Clifford Martin is a white male, 40 years old, 5’8”, and 130 lbs. His prior arrest includes one Receiving Stolen Property.
