Police are looking for Tony Spicer for a Felony Probation Violation. Spicer was charged with Breaking and Entering in 2011. He was located by police inside Linwood School and had apparently cut some of the copper from the school. He was convicted and placed on Probation. He has violated the terms of Probation by testing positive for drugs, failing to pay restitution and failing to gain employment. Tony Spicer is a white male, 30 years old, 5’9” tall and 150 lbs.
