Cortez Bailey is wanted for a Breaking and Entering and Safecracking offense that occurred in September 2012. He is accused of breaking into a location and tampering with a safe. Cortez Bailey is a black male, 19 years old, 5’5” tall and 120 lbs. His only other criminal history as an adult is two misdemeanor theft charges for which he is currently wanted.
