Nick Niebuer is wanted by Norwood Officers for Felony Receiving Stolen Property and Felony Forgery. Detectives say Niebuer had a Fifth Third check in the amount of $1,155 which belonged to the victim. After endorsing the check in the victim’s name, he deposited the check into his own PNC Bank account. Then Niebuer withdrew $600 from that account. Nick Niebuer is a white male, 23 years old, 5’11”, and 155 lbs. He was last known to live on Ritten House Rd in Miami Township.
