John Powell is wanted by Norwood Officers for Felony Theft. Detectives say while he was doing blacktop work at a residence, Powell removed two chainsaw. The chainsaws belonged to Beaver Tree Service, who was also working at that residence. John was last known to live on Shuler Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio.
