Cincinnati Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit is looking for Leonard Lanier for Murder. Lanier is accused of shooting Strawberry Edwards to death on February 21, 2013. Leonard Lanier is a black male, 26 years old, 5’4”tall, and 145 lbs. He was last known to live in the 4000 block of Romaine Drive in Oakley. Leonard Lanier has a history of trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs and should be considered armed and dangerous.
