Kelly Philpot is wanted for a Felony Probation Violation. She was originally charged with 2 counts of Burglary. Detectives say Kelly admitted that while sitting in a parked vehicle, she acted as a lookout while her accomplice entered the victim’s residence. She told detectives she was to honk the horn and notify her accomplice if the police were in the area. Kelly Philpot is a white female, 19 years old, 5’4” tall, and 150 lbs. Prior to the burglary charge, she had no criminal history and was last known to live on Brampton Drive in Northbrook.
