Norwood Police are looking for Cheryl Winkler for Breaking and Entering, Forgery, and Theft. On May 5th, Investigators say Cheryl entered her place of employment (Keis CPA & Co) after hours and without the permissions of the owner. While inside Winkler got into the computer system and printed off numerous checks from various accounts. Winkler and her boyfriend then proceeded to cash them at Walmarts and Check Cashing locations in Northern Kentucky and the Cincinnati area. Cheryl Winkler is a female white, 38 years old, 5’6” tall and 180 lbs. She was last known to live on Lafeuille Avenue in Westwood. Christian Moore is wanted by the Northern Kentucky Drug Strike Force for Trafficking in Heroin. Officers say that on multiple occasions, Moore has come to Kentucky to sell heroin. Christian Moore is a black male, 25 years old, 5’6” tall and 160 lbs and he has a last known address in the 2900 block of Warsaw Av in Price Hill.
