Many (many) years ago - Bill led the City of Cincinnati in Boys basketball scoring First Team All City and picked by the Cincinnati Enquirer as one of the Top 100 High School players of all time. Bill also captained the Xavier University Baseball Team.
Bill is an attorney, business entrepreneur, and former Ohio Assistant Attorney General. He was selected in 1983, as Ohio's Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Ohio State Bar Association.
Cunningham is the overly proud recipient of the 2001 and 2009 Marconi Award as America's Big Market Radio Personality of the Year.
Bill is married to the Honorable Penelope H. Cunningham (Judge in the Ohio Court of Appeals).

Crazy story out of Kansas about a waiter who was refused a tip because he was gay. Have you ever stiffed a server for any reason other than bad service?
Here is the note that was left in lieu of a tip:
"Thank you for your service, it was excellent. That being said, we cannot in good conscience tip you, for your homosexual lifestyle is an affront to GOD. (Homosexual slur) do not share in the wealth of GOD, and you will not share in ours," the customer wrote. "We hope you will see the tip your (homosexual slur) choices made you lose out on, and plan accordingly. It is never too late for GOD's love, but none shall be spared for (homosexual slur). May GOD have mercy on you."

CNN and other outlets are talking about whether Boehner will have the House vote on the Senate budget, in this 3 minutes he says yes. He anticipates the government opening on Thursday.
( Tri-State ) - US Speaker of the House John Boehner was on with Bill Cunningham on Wednesday afternoon.
He says he will bring the deal reached in the US Senate to a vote in the House, and he's encouraging Republicans to vote for the plan. "We fought the good fight, we just didn't win," Boehner said.
He says his party did everything it could to try to negotiate with Democrats, but Democrats kept refusing. Boehner says he believes the federal government will reopen on Thursday
