This is on the pavement on 7th Street, just east of Walnut.

While it may be called a "Toynbee Tile", it's not really a Toynbee Tile. A few years ago, things like this started popping up on streets and in the pavement of cities over much of the country. However, the message was different: It referred to a scientist named Toynbee, and the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey.
There's a documentary streaming on Netflix that explains it all in much greater detail, even though they misspell Cincinnati. (The original tile was on Walnut, and was paved over a few years ago.) So, the question is: same artist? What does it mean?
