The Denver Post is reporting Butch Jones will be the next coach at Colorado but according to the UC coach "those reports are false."

Jones contacted Lance McAlister during Sportstalk on 700 WLW to say the reports of him accepting the Buffs job are false.

The UC Coach met with AD Whit Babcock for two hours on Wednesday morning before leaving on a private place to Charlotte, where he spoke at another press conference to preview the December 27th Belk Bowl between UC and Duke.

As he did at a similar press conference on UC Tuesday, Jones did not address his future in Charlotte, expect to say that he would have a decision "pretty soon. "
