Kevin Dillard had 17 points and Josh Benson scored 16 off the bench as the Dayton Flyers earned a 70-59 win over Xavier at sold-out UD Arena on Saturday.  The Flyers are now  14-11 on the year and 4-7 in the A-10.

Semaj Christon had 17 points for the Muskateers, who are now 14-10 and 7-4. Isaiah Philmore added 12 points.

The Flyers raced out to a 16-6 lead on Vee Sanford's jumper at the 13:21 mark in the opening frame, and they played frontrunner for the rest of the game.
