( Columbus, Ohio ) - Ohio's Secretary of State says the clock is ticking for people to register to vote in the upcoming spring primary.
The special election in Ohio is May 2, and 74 of the state's 88 counties have issues on the ballot. The Hamilton County Board of Elections says that's when Cincinnati's Mayoral Primary will be decided along with several levies for local communities and school districts.
