(Reading, Oh) Police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the parking lot at the Lakeshore Drive Apartments in Reading around 9:20 p.m. Saturday night. Emergency crews took 20-year-old Adrian Bufford to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police said they arrested 19-year-old Phazion Whyte and charged him with Reckless Homicide. He's expected to be arraigned Monday morning.
