(Cincinnati) She's told them to go back and try again. Hamilton County Judge Leslie Ghiz giving that order to jurors in the Ray Tensing retrial.
The jury announced this morning it could not reach a unanimous decision on either charge, murder or voluntary manslaughter, against the former UC Police Officer for the shooting of Sam DuBose.
The judge has sent the jury back into deliberations, telling them to reexamine their positions.
The jury in the first trial deliberated for 25 hours before announcing it was deadlocked.
