Cincinnati police are investigating a shooting in Roselawn that happened during the early hours of Sunday. Cincinnati Police District Four responded to a reported shooting at Summit and Stillwell Roads around 3 a.m.. Two victims were located suffering from gunshot wounds. John Lowe, 50, was shot once as he walking down the street. A second victim Dartez Wells, 36, was found to have been shot five times. Both victims were taken to UCER with non life-threatening injuries.
